Was in JPnte Vedra, near Jacksonville, drawing golf enthusiasts at the Players Club at Sawgrass Country Club. GREAT crowd! They each had so much to say about themselves and I got to really work out my creative juices in the storytelling of most of the drawings. Here are some photos!

Drew lots of caricatures tonight!

Did the caricature thing in Daytona Beach and Tampa Friday and Saturday!

Was doin’ the caricature thing tonight in Orlando at the Orange County Regional History Center.

Busy day starting with helping out at Fiesta in the Park with a fantastic crew led by Nell Atkins and Bettielee Sansone. Very crowded and lots of ice cream and snow comes sold during the rather warm day. Below is a photo of the crowd at the event.

Later met with old buddy, Ken Culotta, to talk politics and write some editorial cartoon gags. At the top is a sketch of Ken taking in info from an iPhone. Below Ken ponders how best to stage a gag. Agonizing, isn’t it? ….Waitaminute! I think Culotta’s taking a nap!

While on UStream today had a number of visitors and we got talking about music. I made some mention of attendee Terisa Glover’s dog, Sparky, providing banjo music at her store and the sketch above came to mind.

This came to mind also after learning that Cedric Hohnstadt is showing various drawings from his ‘Dueling Pigs’ site. I contributed one back in October.

Saturday I helped out my good friend Angie Boynton with her campaign for school board in Marion County.
