Newest Watercolor painting completed. – April 17th, 2017

Among the paintings I’m behind with due to too many difficulties last year is this of Seminole Wars Naval reenactor Kim Ceullers. Kim travels around, in between his work, and speaks and re-enacts various times in 1800s America. He was a speaker for a museum I’ve been involved with. This is a Thank You for his speaking.

I had the opportunity to meet Bill at an event near Spring hill & Weeki Wachee, Florida on Sunday. I met him as he played Stardust and a medley from The Phantom of the Opera. He complained that he missed notes. Sounded great to me. Especially for a fellow of 94 years. Bill drove a tractor trailer most of his career in Canada after his family moved him from England as a teen.
Here’s the watercolor illustration i did of 80 year young Nancy, the birthday girl, who was being honored at the party.

Just like the other paintings you’ve seen I’ve done, I will create an original watercolor painting based in a park with critters, including ones of your choosing, involved in a humorous scene.
$100 for a 16″ x 20″ watercolor painting on Arches watercolor board.
$50 for a 11″ x 14″ watercolor painting on Arches watercolor board.
$25 for a 9″ X 12″ watercolor painting on Arches watercolor board.

It’s been a few months with all sorts of delays, but I finally finished it! Now it’s ready to be made into cards and I’ll let you all know when it’s available.
This was painted on Arches watercolor board, with some watercolor pencils and inking with various brush markers.
