A Doggie Mermaid! – My May 22nd #MerMay cartoon contribution.

It’s MerMay with cartoonists drawing mermaid every day during May.
It was Gar Thaddeus Gernstein who brought up doggies with his own Mer-Mutt. Feel free to contribute what else you’d like me to combine mermaids with.
