April 25, 2009 – The Theater!

When I saw the word of the week for Illustration Friday is ‘Theater’ I immediately thought of the work being done by our incredible military in the Mid-East. I had to knock this out fast as I’m buried in deadlines, but wanted to draw a small bit of action in the “theater”. So this is more illustrative than the cartoony art I usually do.
Below is some sketchy stuff I did before I rushed the above out. I realized I was getting way too involved in something I had to do very fast.

Great Work! I’ve always admired the ability to put thoughts into drawings. I can picture some great cartoons but don’t have the ability to turn it into something others can understand.
