November 23rd, 2006 – Painted Into A Corner!

Needed to explain an expression and I’m using this space to do it.
I did a quick sketch and color to get the idea across.
“Painted into a corner†can more visually be easier to understand. See cartoon attached. Imagine painting a floor in a room. On your hands and knees you paint and paint. You stop. Stand up and find you have painted the entire room. The problem is that you are in a corner of the room where your only way out is walking through wet paint. In others words, you have no easy way out. You’re stuck.Â
