February 7th, 2014 – What I’m drawing: Springs Symposium Watercolor Painting #2 – Whitey Markle!

On January 28th I was part of a symposium about the condition of our springs in north Central Florida. My part was to illustrate each of the speakers. This is one of the set of Florida folk singer, Whitey Markle. Legendary folk singer Pete Seeger had died two days before and Whitey got the audience to all sing to Seeger’s signature tune, ‘This land is your land’.
